As a Teamleader Automation Engineer at M-ECS, you will lead a team of junior engineers and work closely with your team to deliver projects succesfully. 

• Lead a team of engineers and junior engineers, ensuring efficient collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Project scope: determination of the project scope & communicating project progress to customer.
• Solve problems and address technical challenges in both design and execution.
• Encourage innovation and inspire the creativity of the team.
• Be flexible and responsive to changing circumstances and technologies in a fast-growing sector.
• Ensure quality control and meet deadlines while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You have degree in industrial engeneering, combined with the ability to take on leadership responsibilities. We are looking for a team player who can work both strategically and hands-on. 

• Bachelor or master degree in Electromechanics, Automation, or a related field.
• Knowledge of PLC programming, structure text.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical design, experience in using E-plan is a plus.
• Leadership experience or the ambition to lead a team of junior engineers.
• Hands-on mentality: You work together with your team to reach certain targets.
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver quality results within tight deadlines.
• Driver's license B.
