To strengthen our growing team, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Teamleader IoT Developers, who is also hands-on and passionate about leading by example.
As a Teamleader IoT Developers at M-ECS, you will not only manage a dynamic team of junior engineers but also actively contribute to hardware selection and software development. Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of developers while guiding and mentoring them in their day-to- day work.
- Hands-on involvement in both front-end and back-end development to ensure quality code and delivery.
- Collaborating closely with the project and engineering teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions for machinery and automation projects.
- Ensuring that the team adheres to best practices, coding standards, and project timelines.
- Supporting the team in overcoming technical challenges while fostering a creative and innovative environment.
- Balancing leadership with technical contributions in a fast-paced and results- oriented environment.
- Project scope: determination of the project scope & communicating project progress to customer.
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
- Proven leadership experience in a development environment, ideally as a team lead or senior developer.
- Bachelor or master degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development, and interest in hardware and connectivity.
- Proficiency with programming languages such as C++, Python, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, and Blazor.
- Solid knowledge of back-end technologies such as .NET and Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with database technologies like SQL and time series.
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is a plus.
- A hands-on, problem-solving mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
